I ordered these in black and brown. They are very attractive, well-made, and comfortable. I ordered them in 10W and they feel true to size. The brown is almost black, and I have have to look at the heel to know which ones I\'m putting on.

The 'Crave' is a great looking boot, but with a synthetic vinyl lining that causes feet and ankles to sweat and accumulate because of the lack of an absorbent lining. This is especially noticeable when the humidity is high. One would think that the designers could do better.

I ordered these since they are the perfect classic style of boot with a great heel. After trotting them around my apartment like I usually do to break-in shoes, I realized the boot does not 'soften' up. Most boots/shoes need a good trial run around the house, but these are definitely made of cheap material. The foot part is actually comfortable. The problem lies with the shaft and "leather upper" material. They feel stiff at first try on, and when sitting you can really feel them dig into your skin. I've never paid this much for such poor quality, so they will have to go back. 'Til then my quest for the perfect leather boot goes on. And this time I'm sticking with Italian leather since you cannot go wrong.
