Amazing service! I wrote a review earlier and marked this boot down only because one of mine tore at the seam near the pull tab. I called the company to see if there was an authorized repair shop in my area...instead, they shipped me a new pair, which arrived the next day. You can't beat that! The boots are warm, cute, comfortable and the company stands behind them!

Love them! So incredibly warm! A little tight around the ankle area when I am pulling them on or off but once on fit wonderful. So amazed how warm they are for rubber boots. Love the fun patten too. Great for all the winter weather we have in SLC!

My mom bought me a pair of these for my birthday, and they are amazing. I walk to work every day and despite the fact that it's been -4 degrees here for the last few days my feet have stayed warm and comfortable. The only problem i have had is that if I don't wear knee socks the tops of my boots tend to chafe my shins a bit. This probably isn't a problem for those who tuck their pants into their boots, and knee socks or leggings completely solved the problem for me. Perfect fit and super comfortable, and they even looked cute with a dress and leggings.

Very cute boot. I was sad that it was short on me in length. My toes were smushed up against the toe box.

Great boots, decent price. I eagerly look forward to trying these out when and if Seattle Snowpocalypse 2010 happens this year. As it stands, they are excellent in the rain. I purchased the tasteful black pair with purple piping. They are understated and have the nice shadow pattern. Do like. So far I have walked my dog through the muddy dog park and worn these around Seattle streets when it has been pouring. They are not quite as functional as the leather water resistant boots for city wear (as in, I can't go out to da clubs wearing these) but for everything else they are perfect. I especially like that the top part is big enough to tuck any sort of pants into it - as in jeans or snow pants. Yet, it does not look strange or baggy. Also a plus: with the thinnest of socks they stay relatively warm but not HOT. If I wanted it to be warmed I would just wear warmer socks. Overall a good buy!
