I bought these for my niece for Christmas, she loves them. I think they run a little big, but she refused to take them off her feet for me to send back for a smaller size. Like any light colored boot they get pretty dirty pretty fast, but the boots themselves are adorable. Zappos is awesome, fast shipping and great customer service.

My granddaughter loves the boots, but after only 3-4 times worn (in the snow) the decorations on the toes began to fall off. This was my main reason for purchasing this style and is a big disappointment. Zappos offered a refund, but cannot replace the boots as they are out of stock and will not be reordered. She loves the boots and will not part with them. I tried several places to purchase these boots and stores either did not carry them or were sold out and not re-ordering them. I wonder if it was because they were defective. I paid full price through Zappos; JC Penney had them on sale before Christmas, but sold out almost immediately and were not re-ordering.

I ordered these boots for my daughter. We wanted animal friendly (we try not to support the factory farm industry!), and these seem to be good quality; very cute. I wish they had 1/2 sizes. These are a bit floppy, and I think the next size down would be too small for her in one or two months.
