I loved the service I received from Zappos from the phone, quick UPS delivery to the fit and comfort of the
New Balance Hook and Loop shoes I ordered. I would recommend Zappos and New Balence to any diabetic or person who spends a lot of time walking hard floors such as hospitals. Keep up the good work Zappos, I will be ordering again.

The shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. I have owned many pairs and never had a problem. The soles tend to wear out long before the rest of the shoe.

Excellent for those of us who really need the SL2 last. I have found that the SL1 last, which relates to most commodity brand size standards, required me purchase a half size larger width and length than with the SL2. The SL2 last is truly the best design available for us high arch users. The hook and loop design enables one to anchor the ankle firmly and ease up on the arch in a manner not obtainable with a conventional lace shoe. I am not diabetic, so even should you not have foot issues related to this aliment this is a great shoe. BTW I marked the style as 4 stars; but that is just the cost of excellent stability.

I bought these for my father who has severe arthritis in his feet and these are now the only shoes he will wear. I think that says it all.

Always bought shoes in the stores as fit was #1 concern. I was overwhelmed by the choices but after learning how to look what you want I am sold by your presentation of the desired shoes I need. Your availability of EEE sizes made the choice easy. Your service is great. You should give advice to the internet merchants how to run a business.

I can't say enough about Zappos service. Several times I have placed an order after 4:00pm Pacific time and still received delivery the very next morning by 10:30am. The MW927 by
New Balance is very true to size and especially the width. I have two pair of 927s and they are both well made, comfortable and good looking.

New Balance MW927 Hook and Loop are the most comfortable and supportive shoes that I own. They are made well and look good.
Dress casual or just knock about. Zappos has "Zapped me good."

New Balance was recommended by my surgeon after I broke my ankle and had a plate and screws put in. I shopped Zappos as I have in the past and was not disappointed. My first order was for size 9.5 wide, but the ankle brace didn't fit in the shoe so I sent them back and ordered 10 wide which work perfectly. Return was easy, free and fund recreated to my
account rapidly. Great service.

I have a pair of these shoes. They are the most comfortable
walking shoes I have had (
New Balance MW927 Hook and Loop). My pair were wearing out and I was having difficulty finding a replacement. Not only did Zappos have them, but I received my purchase in two days! This is the fastest internet service I've had without paying a premium shipping price.
