I have always loved the Ugg brand. Have been very unfortunate in that I can rarely wear them due to having flat feet. I got these boots & they are the most comfortable, classy & warm boots ever. They fit more like the Frye styled boots, but much lighter in weight. They look sexy with skirts & outrageous with jeans. I can easily tuck my skinny jeans in them & I have a wider calf. I adore them so I may have to go back for the other color (I have them in black)! Order true to your size & if you need to, can go up 1/2 size & be fine.

Such a gorgeous boot! I somehow missed the phrase 'Decorative' in the description above and I thought that the laces were functional. So not the case, and alas the lovely boot would not accommodate my 17 inch calves. However the boot is well worth the price. There is a beautiful subtle crosshatched design on the suede portion of the boot, sort of a cross between a plaid & a stripe. I cried when I discovered that they would not work. If at 2nd you don't succeed try, try again!

These boots are awesome. I can't wait until it snows here. I love everything about them except for the square toe. But I will deal with that. They fit great, feel great, and except for that toe, they look great. I would get these again.

I have been eyeing these for a few months now, and after hearing a New Yorker Podcast about how great Zappos is, I finally bought these. First, I in general despise the classic Ugg as a winter boot; Uggs are made for the beach after surfing, not the snow (and not for mini skirts. please). These, however, are made for real weather. Waterproof, well insulated (it comes with two insoles, one padded, one sheepskin, for different degrees of warmth), and a great rubber sole. In terms of style, the contrast between leather and suede was much more attractive than it looks online, and I love the wool collar; it adds a level of texture and luxe to the somewhat rugged boot. The decorative lacing on the back (it doesn't function) is the perfect touch. I have narrow calves (about 14"), and with jeans and smart wool socks, these boots fit perfectly. If you calves are more than 15", I'd be careful. The specs say the circumference is 16.5", but when you take into account the sheepskin, you lose a lot of room. The shoes are also on the narrow side. Unlike another reviewer, I completely disagree that these run big. I listened and got a half size larger than normal, and they were way too big. A 7 1/2 left almost an inch of space in the toe. If anything, I think these run quite large; don't forget that sheepskin should be rather tight because as it becomes matted, she shoe feels larger. Ugg stores stress this fact. This is the best not-ugly but functional winter boot I have yet to find.

I just wanted to give my input on these shoes. I so wanted these boots and had been eying them for months. However, I know that boots can run different then most shoes and wanted to actually try on before I purchased. I was able to do this and agree with some of the other reviewers. I have a small foot size 6 but a wider calf (only about 15 inches) and was not able to zip this boot up all the way unless I went up in size to a 7.5. I do have other UGG products and love them and if at first you don't achieve your shoe purchasing goal, try try again. So I am still on the look out for fun brown boots. love Zappos though and never have any issues with returning if necessary.

The best shoes I ever bought! I was amazed at how comfortable and nice looking these shoes are. They are true to fit and feel more comfortable than bedroom slippers. I have very wide feet and problems with fallen arches at both the sides and balls of my feet as well as inflammation in the tendons of my feet, so I'm just miserable if my shoes are not comfortable, which is usually the case. These shoes are the exception and I'll be ordering another pair in a different color.

Absolutely beautiful dressy shoes, but if you have a very wide foot you will not be able to wear these. I wear a size 8ww and have a wide boxy foot with high arches, I was not even able to get my foot all the way in these shoes-- first time I've ever experienced this with any shoe marked 8ww. So I'd say these shoes are better for people with narrow feet.

I absolutely love this shoe. After I received the black, I immediately ordered the blue. They are wonderfully comfortable, true to size, and stylish. I would not recommond for people with wide feet. These are very stylish without being too trendy. They are very polished and professional looking for 'business casual' wear at the office. I absolutely love them.
