Vipzappos.com deserves 5 stars because my order arrived the next day. When I unpacked the backpack, I thought it was too small for my teenager. However, he said it was perfect to toss his sports' clothes in it. As a matter of fact, he has been using since day one. Thanks, Zappos, you're fabulous!
