I bought this bag to carry reading material; cell phone, water etc. back and forth to work. I am very happy with my purchase. It is very well made and roomy without being bulky. Would work well for casual or
dress. I would recommend this bag.

I got this bag to use as a purse/diaper bag. I love the size - it is just big enough, but not too big. The material is good quality and durable. The straps are long enough to easily sling over my shoulder. Definitely a good buy for the price!

I love this bag. I bought it to use for school. I wish it was a little bigger because I have to put my books in it vertically so the bag won’t zip. It is big enough to fit a 1 in 3 ring binder and an oversized text book. I also love the pockets. I thought the strap was going to be too shiny, but it looks like a brushed stainless steel and does not stand out at all. I love
Dakine products and have book
bags, snow board
bags,
luggage, ski clothes, and glasses from them. They have a great quality and generally style. Bottom line this bag rocks and is super cute.

It's such a great bag....especially for the price! I am now a
Dakine fan! I always check them out first because the style, price, and they're always lightweight. I have 2 kids under the age of 5, so I'm always carrying tons of stuff, so lightweight matters! I always love how the inside lining of their
purses contrast the outside.

I was looking for a versatile bag that wasn't bulky but big enough to fit a folder or a pair of shoes. This one is the right size and the right price. I was afraid the straps might be flimsy but they're fine. The material is sporty but the design works day or night. The inner lining has very bright colors, which I think looks good but also it makes it easier to find stuff. For me, it's a winner.

I felt the bag opening didn't open wide enough to allow for rummaging around to find what you need. The inside print was extremely busy and I felt like it was giving me a headache. Didn't seem flimsy, though, as others had mentioned, but I also didn't use it as I returned it.

I purchased the Avenue/Twill color. Once I received the bag, I thought it was cute but too square of a bag for me and the material was cheapy. I know it won't last for long. So I had to return it and exchanged it for the
PacSafe Tote Travel bag. Much bigger, more functional, more money but it's okay, I paid the difference. And being it's more expensive than this Ava I know it will last longer. Sorry Ava. Thanks Zappos for making the return/exchange so easy!

I was a little disappointed in this bag. In the photos the bottom appears to be somewhat rigid so that the bag would stand up, but that's not the case -- you have to fill the bag, and fill it properly, to get it to stand up without tipping. This also affects the side pockets -- unless the bag is filled so that it stands up, those side pockets are bent around the side of the bag (not flat like they appear in the photos) so they're hard to get into. This is compounded by the fact that they're rather deep and narrow. Side pockets are always more accessible when they're shallow and wide. If your goal is to carry something of standard notebook size (8.5 x 11) then your item will fit, but it won't be easy to get into and out of the bag. The bag is narrow enough that the sides pull in when you open them. The bag is "cute" but not as cute "in person" as in the photos -- kind of cheap looking, in my opinion. I ordered this for a trip and would exchange it if I had time, but (my bad) I waited 'til the last minute to order and even Zappos speedy shipping can't save me. Will have to keep it, but do feel like I'm settling -- not my usual Zappos experience, by any means.

This is a very nice purse. Enough space for whatever you need to take with you. Very durable structure so it does not fall apart right away. I highly recommend it.
