  • In director Jon Avent's 2008 crime drama RIGHTEOUS KILL, two New York City police detectives - Turk (Robert De Niro) and Rooster (Al Pacino) - attempt to track down a serial killer who targets only vicious criminals. This enigmatic vigilante has earned the duo's respect, yet they are duty-bound to apprehend the criminal-hunting assailant, and in doing so they strain the bonds of their longtime partnership. Aiding Turk and Rooster are a fiery younger pair of detectives (Donnie Wahlberg and John Leguizamo) and investigator Karen Correlli (Carla Gugino), who are determined to see that justice is served.

  • The second face-to-face film pairing of De Niro and Pacino--the first being Michael Mann's gritty 1995 epic, HEAT - RIGHTEOUS KILL finds the revered veteran actors working within the confines of a police procedural. Ably supported by Gugino, Wahlberg, and Leguizamo, the iconic performers contribute relatively subdued turns, never fully engaging in their signature dramatic fireworks. Working from a script by Russell Gewirtz (INSIDE MAN), Avnet (who also directed Pacino in 88 MINUTES) guides the action through twists and turns while staying rooted in a fairly straightforward LAW & ORDER-like aesthetic. Although RIGHTEOUS KILL may be underwhelming for those expecting a De Niro/Pacino double tour de force, the movie is a fine addition to the cop thriller category.

Best shoes EVER for my Plantar Fachiitus! I work on my feet 6 hours a day. I've worn several different types of inner soles, orthodics. A co-worker reccommended this web-site for Dansko shoes. I pulled it up, seeked out this particular shoe. (I've always LOVED "baby-doll" shoes) Since they have an adjustable strap, I have no problems with them slipping at the heel. You know, these shoes are like therapy since I wear them 5 days a week. I usually don't spend anywhere close to this price for shoes,BUT I always will with Dansko!

I am pain free! I've had back problems, so I needed comfortable as possible shoes to wear as I am on my feet all day at work. I didn't want the clog style as I thought I might walk right out of them. The strap holds my foot well, as another review stated. I've had compliments on my nice looking shoes. My back does not hurt at all after nine hours! I need another pair to wear at home!

Great shoes, lightweight and comfy - Size 38 had adequate toe room for even my wide feet but gapped in the back unless worn with thick socks (I usually take 7.5). They're really cute, but I returned them because I am thinnish and only 5'2 and these looked ENORMOUS on me, definitely out of proportion, like a Bratz doll shoe.

Lovin' them - I work hard but my new Dansko's work harder at keeping me comfy. I've always bought expensive running shoes to work in but never found anything more comfortable and durable. Two thumbs way up!

Stylish and Comfortable - I had recently purchased this simply because it is the only nursing shoes that captured my eyes. I was tired of seeing the same styles of clogs, plogs, and plain white rubber shoes. I am so happy I bought it because not only is it stylish, but surprisingly comfortable to wear. I work an average of 12 hours per shift and I'm on my feet most of the time but it never felt uncomfortable nor heavy. Most of all, I get compliments about it all the time!

Heavy and Uncomfortable - I bought these shoes for nursing school because they looked cute and the reviews were good. But after a week of wearing them, I couldn't stand them anymore. The edges of the leather rub on the top of my feet, the insole is hard and ungiving, the bottom of the shoe is also hard and not shock-absorbing, and the rocker feature doesn't work quite right. They are also very heavy, and not as pretty in person as they are on the computer screen. The bottom has taken on a yellowish tinge, and they're hard to keep clean. Terrible shoes!!

Dansko - I swear by Dansko shoes for my nursing job. I am on my feet 14 hrs a day and these shoes feel great all day long.

Extreme Comfort - These shoes not only provide a stylish look for work , but also a very comfortable fit. I have about 10 pairs of dansko shoes varying in style and color, I think these are my new favorites!

Dansko Marcelle is beautiful! I really like the look of Dansko's Marcelle.It's definitely the best-looking nurses shoe I've ever owned. It needs time to break in,being pretty uncomfortable at first, but they are gradually becoming very comfortable. The heel is the best--impossible to get a blister! I get lots of compliments.
