I bought this product because it seemed that it would make the 'cat eyes' easier. I have the pop black liquid liner and a couple of other pop products and love them. However, this product didn't seem to stand up to my expectations. It smeared easily and was difficult to set, even with setting spray. If one side of the liner crumbles or breaks, it disturbs the entire line and you have to cut it down to reshape it. I wish the eyeliner had been in liquid form and waterproof.
