My son just received these as a Christmas gift. He has had this brand sneaker before so I knew his size and preference. But, what I like most about Zappos is their prompt service and quick shipping. Whenever I have purchased shoes from Zappos they are always in stock and the pricing is incredible. I anything has ever had to be returned. I never a problem either! My kids do all of their sneaker shopping on here! Thanks Zappos! My other son just purchased 6 pair of sneakers from you all and they were all great. There is no need to return any of them! Keep up the good work!

These shoes fit my size 6 foot perfectly. They are very comfy. The only problem I have is I have to wear a bandaid on the bony outside part of my foot that sticks out. For some reason these shoes hit that spot just right and it really hurts. But the bandaids help and the shoes are otherwise very nice. Love them.

Beautiful shoe. Should be comfortable once broken in. I ordered wide width and it was still a little narrow across the toe knuckles.

Solid, simple work heel - I got these shoes for everyday work wear, and have been really happy with the look. They are simple and classy-- perfect for pairing with a suit. With respect to fit, however, I found them to be a little lacking. I ordered up a half size after reading other reviews, and length-wise, they fit perfectly. The toe is definitely narrow, and although I normally wear a normal width, I found that my toes rub up against the leather on the sides. I should have ordered a wide, but since I normally leave these shoes at the office and don't walk long distances in them, I've been able to deal. I didn't really notice how narrow they were until I'd worn them for a few hours and couldn't return them.

I have this Fitzwell style in black leather. This is my 5th pair of Fitzwell shoes that I have ordered. I probably will not order any more in the near future. They do not fit "true to size". The biggest issue is, their wide is not wide. I wear a 9-1/2 wide; however, the wide in each of the Fitzwells I've ordered are too narrow. When I go "up" a size, they slip off the back of my heel. And no amount of padding seems to help. The real saving grace is Zappos return policy. I love Zappos! Why can't all online stores develop a policy like this.

I have had a pair of flats by Fitzwell that I unfortunately had to walk a mile in with painful blisters. I thought that the blue pads in the footbed would make walking on air occur. I had high hopes for these heels, but they were extremely uncomfortable.
