Super-comfortable! This shoe is smart looking and very comfortable. I needed something for walking in Italy that looked sharp, but would work with the cobblestones. This is the solution. I love the velcro strap closures.

Not for high arches/insteps - I have very high arches and insteps and a wide-ish foot. When I loosened the strap loose enough to get my foot in it looked horrible. The strap was too short to make it over my arch so almost all the velcro was showing. Also it was not at all flattering on my slightly wide foot. It was also as hard as my ice skates. But, amazingly it was still comfortable for such a hard shoe.
