This was the second pair of the same shoe that I purchased as a gift. He loved the first pair so much and wore them out after the first year. I didn't purchase the first pair from Zappos, but now I wished I had. The price was very reasonable, timely shipping and excellent return policy with free shipping both ways. I'll probably need to buy the same shoe next year and I'll come back to Zappos.
