Speed shoe of the year -
K-Swiss Ultra Natural are awesome for speed work, 5 and 10K runs. One of the first things I do when I receive new
running shoes is put them on and stand in a bucket of water, then walk around with them so they can conform to my feet. With the KSUNs I really didn't have to do it. I have worn them on Triathlons and they were great. The transition into them from the bike was amazing.
Caution, they are not made for trails or anything else other than the road. They do not offer the stability and support need for off the road type work. This is my second pair and I am very pleased with their performance. Ensure that you loosen up the laces completely, this will offer you a more snug fit.
