AMAZING! Fast shipping, and when it arrived, gorgeous bag! No scratches or wrinkles very well packaged and came with a dust bag. Once everything was off, it looked great! It holds a lot and is perfect size. Not too big, not to small, just right!!

Plenty of room - I love this bag... this is my 2nd giraffe print bag. This bag has a divider in the center of the bag... almost like I have twice as much room! Service is great! I order from Zappos many times a year.

Beautiful bag! This is my first Dooney and Bourke bag, and I was a little hesitant to spend that much money on it...but I'm so glad I did! The size says medium, but I would consider it a little on the larger size. The look and quality is outstanding, and the compliments I receive on it are non-stop. And as always - Zappos shipped it within 24 hours - even during the busy holiday season!!!

Dooney and Bourke Giraffe Medium Chiara Bag - I love this bag except that it is so heavy! It's heavy on its own then when you put anything in it, it's very heavy. It's a little hard to use the outside sections if you put much in the middle section. I love the look and that makes up for the weight and limited use of the sides. Next time I think I'll buy the small Chiara.

I ordered several pairs of this shoe, in brown and black. I wasn't quite sure what size I needed. Zappos handled the return with no problem. My account was credited immediately. I have always been extremely satisfied with Zappos quality and variety of shoes to choose from. The free shipping is really a plus, along with their willingness to work with you if there should ever be a problem. That is why I always shop Zappos. Thank you once again.

This shoe runs small by about 1/2 size and it is on the narrow side as well.
