First of all, the Zappos service is great. Quick shipping and they are always very friendly and helpful. The boots fit great. This is the first pair of boots that I have bought online and they fit better than ones I tried in stores. I am very pleased. I did see a guy talking on CNBC about Zappos. He said that Zappos did not sell cowboy boots. Well, that is wrong!
