I absolutely love these boots: the style, quality, and color was exactly what I was looking for. The leather is incredibly soft, but it's too soft in the heel and didn't really have much heel structure to prevent my foot from continually slipping up so, sadly, I'm sending these back. I would be willing to try them in a smaller size if they were available and still rated them a 5 across the board because it really is a fabulous boot!
