This is my second pair of Vans flip-flops. I am a size 6.5 or 7 and bought these in a 7. They fit pretty well. I probably could have gone a half size down. These are more narrow than my first pair, and I find that the straps start a little snug. However, the footbed can\'t be beat. It is very cushy and great for running around all day. I recommend for comfort, but these would be ideal for a more narrow foot.
