Feel like a cross between a
moccasin and an
athletic shoe. Work with khakis or
jeans, city or country. Good value, if they hold up.

I was very pleased with Zappos' communications, the prompt shipping, the price, the product (which I am very familiar with), and most of all, the followup. I am now a zappos customer, They earned it.

I wear a small shoe (6.5) and I liked being able to search for this size. I have a lot of problems finding shoes that I like in my size and this feature makes it easier.

An excellent shoe, although not the most fashionable in my opinion. But the comfort factor outweighs that easily.

I am still breaking mine in, but they seem great. As important as the greatness of the shoe, Zappos voluntarily shipped them to me Next Day instead of the snail mail I paid for! In fact, this is the 3rd pair of
Clarks I've bought from Zappos and all 3 have come in a timely manner.

This shoe was true to size in both length and width. The Portland is extremely comfortable from the moment I put it on in the morning and even when I go to take it off at night. One nice thing about this shoe is that it breathes, so your feet don't get all hot and sweaty! Felt like a comfortable
old friend from the first time I tried it on. And Zappos is the best!

I have reordered an 11-1/2 N after finding the 12 N a little too long. I know people with narrow feet aren’t that scarce that we can’t have more than 5 styles to choose from! Zappos gets an A-plus on getting the product to your door quickly! I have ordered recently (8 days ago) from another online source and am still waiting for the shoes. With Zappos, returning shoes is a
breeze with the prepaid return labels! Keep up good work!

A very nice shoe. I wear size 14 and it was a perfect fit. Very comfortable. It displays quality and I recommend the shoe.
