Comfy and cute - The natural (really a light taupe) color is comfortable and cute! The size seems true. I was worried that the strap would pull or rub toes, but it seems fine. There is no arch support - if that is a problem for you - and just the slightest rise at the heel. They look great with all colors!

Great for wide feet and lots of walking. Awkward ankle straps but comfortable nonetheless (they don't fit smoothly around the ankle but also don't pinch). I have super wide (WW) feet and find these shoes allow for that; I also walk miles each day and find these reduce the typical pain that results from sandals with a similar design. Cushy foot bed. Not the most interesting over arch design but elegant and goes with everything. Hope they last all summer! Good traction. Sometimes the foot slips off the bed of the sandal but only in wet weather or when I'm not paying attention--otherwise, grips really well.

I really like these sandals. I'd been looking for a pair of simple, flat, white sandals for quite a while, and these are it! I even picked these over the Merrell Savannah which I ordered and tried on at the same time. I really had my heart set on the Merrells when I ordered. While I would give the Merrells a bit of an edge on comfort, the Nine West are so much more flattering and delicate (it also doesn't hurt that they cost less). They are more versatile, I think, because they don't have so much of the 'comfort shoe' look. They are in style without being so trendy that I won't be able to wear them next year, like a lot of the more literal interpretations of the gladiator sandal that are currently in stores. Once I decided to keep these, though, I did have a touch of buyer's remorse, wondering if I'd made a silly choice picking style over comfort. But, the first time I wore them with my favorite new sundress, I knew I'd made the right decision. It turned out these were comfortable for the whole day right out of the box! BOTTOM LINE: If you want to go hiking or climb hills in your sandals, I'd choose the Merrell Savannah, but for a simple summer sandal for a city girl, these are ideal...and you can save a few bucks. Now, I want them in more colors - have my eye on the turquoise!
