Salomon's Deemax Dry - These are the most comfortable boots I've ever had. They have the quick pull laces and easy velcro closure. They're very warm and have great arch support.

I just purchased these boots and have worn them once with snow shoes. They were warm and flexible. My feet were dry for the entire 8 hour day. They are surprisingly light weight and comfortable. The pull strap is a little cumbersome for everyday use, however they are so supportive I like to use them to walk the dog. The fit is pretty true to size.
