The Best for your money! This was the best purchase I have ever made. These boots lasted me 6 years! Now that I'm ready to replace them I couldn't believe how hard it was to find them. They are well worth your money.

love the look! but.... was very happy with the look. Really nice looking boots. I put them on and was so dissapointed with the comfort factor. Mainly the thick padding at the top made it hard to walk up and down my stairs while I tried hard to get comfortable in these boots. I had to keep them, even if for casual wear instead of the intended hiking use, so I removed the foam padding and am trying to break them in. the worst part is that i got a blister on my heel. its been 10 years since i've had a blister and i buy alot of shoes! zappos is fun to shop at and will do it again.

Alaska Construction shoes - Overall,this particular shoe is great! And that is alot to say from me because of all the trouble I have finding proper work shoes that fit, feel and look grea t as these. Material and craftsmanship are superb quality! The shoe size was a bit of a hassle in that the womens size does run about a full size bigger than your normal size. Other than that, there is nothing i find bad about this shoe. I truely enjoy wearing them and the great customer service I recieved from Zappos. Thank you!

Built strong and for a true comfort fit. A bit heavy. These are wonderfully built. Sounds like they're discontinuing them (?) so buy them while you can. They run true to size, and have room for a thick sock. Great for construction work or around the farm or ranch.

Caterpiller Alaska FX Steel - This is the best work boot I ever owned. They are very comfortable and rugged. Although after reading my other reviews I went on the advice of others and ordered a half size smaller then regular shoe and they fit perfect. A bit clunky at first, however after a couple of wears you easily adjust.
