Mine fell apart :( Ordered these boots last year and they were super cute. Warm enough. Unfortunately they were not waterproof though. After walking my dog in the snow for a couple weeks, they were already starting to leak and the seams were coming apart. Too bad. I called Zappos and not only did they give me a credit, they also told me not to bother returning them. How nice!

Poor Quality, Beware! I bought mine last year, and like the other reviewer said, they fell apart! Got three months of wear out of them before the heel came apart. Apparently that wedge is made of some kind of hard foam. Mine cracked and now deflates whenever I step, not to mention it's painful. Also, they are NOT water proof. Resistant maybe, but mine leak and always make my toes cold. The suede is always salt stained and very hard to clean. Zappos can't help me at this point so I guess I’m stuck with these pieces of junk.

These are ridiculously comfortable. They are not the warmest boot you could own, but very warm for a fashion boot. I received lots of compliments on them. I doubted the waterproof claim, since most suede is difficult to waterproof, but they stood up to the claim and kept my toes nice and dry.

This is a great winter boot! I have the Bellino 2, which is essentially the same except the toe box is square. I love these boots and cannot understand why others state they are not waterproof, or they leak. We just had 2 feet of snow this weekend, and I was out with my two kids for the majority of the afternoon, standing in the snow. There was not a leak, and my feet were not cold at all! I highly recommend this boot. I did not have a bad experience at all! What I also like is that these don't look anything like those ugly UGG boots that everyone seems to want to wear. My only complaint is that it is slightly larger than normal.

I owned this pair of boots for about over a year now. They are stylish enough to wear to work and the faux fur is very soft and they kept my feet warm standing outside in sub-freezing temperatures for a long time. However, they do not run small as one might suspect when one orders boots that are lined inside with faux shearling or faux fur. I don\'t think these run in size 5 and wish they would come in half-sizes because after about a month of wearing them, my feet were sliding backwards and forwards as I was walking in them because they became a little too big. These led to hurting especially my left front toe since my left foot is almost half a size larger than my right foot. It\'s too late to return them but I will have to buy another pair of warm boots for this winter.
