Width is right.
The Hush Puppie Glide looks like a more expensive shoe. Details like the square heel and buckle help give a taylored shape to a lower-heeled
dress shoe. Too often a lower-heeled
dress shoe seems like everthing is rounded off. For ladies who require a larger, wide size shoe, seems they all look like they 'wallow' out. These remain taylored. Much more professional. The length did seem about a size too small at first, uncomfortably rubbing my heel but the width (which is usually difficult to find) was very comfortable. I'd buy these again.

Good Looking Shoe - It get's uncomfortable overtime
Great looking shoe. I ordered a WW and it was huge. The shoe are NOT leather and after about 2 hours they hurt. I keep them under the desk and wear to meeting. It's not a good walking shoe.

I ordered two pairs of
Hush Puppies at the same time, these and Smart. The Smart pair was so large I walked out of them. These, the exact same size and width, felt too small. The toe box felt very cramped, something you usually experience with pointier shoes, but which I hadn't expected at all with these. It was also a bit tight on the slope of my foot, due to high arches. The cushioning itself, though, is quite good, and they do well enough for long hours standing on your feet, although not so well for walking.

Got these shoes in a wide width and they felt comfortable when I first tried them on. I usually have difficulty finding comfortable shoes because of bunions, but these feel really good on my feet. I just received them, so I haven't walked in them much yet. I think walking comfort will get better as I wear shoes. I'm very pleased with Zappos service and plan to buy more
Hush Puppies at their
sale prices.

This is an extremely attractive shoe. However, even though I bought a size wide, normally quite comfortable for me, I cannot wear the shoes more than two hours. Even after additional stretching, the shoes are so uncomfortable that I am in extreme pain whenever I try to wear them. The toe box is extremely cramped.

Not for people with Plantar Fasciitis -
I bought a 12M. They were wider than normal and I kept walking out of the heel. They also gave me blisters on the back of my heels the first few days I wore them. I cannot wear them for more than an hour and they're definitely not for walking in. They're pretty and very dressy!
