Great Straight out of the Box! These arrived overnight, which was wonderful. I love shoes, and Born is my favorite brand. Nothing compares to the quality for the price...they are simply the best. This pair is no exception. The leather is buttery. The construction is masterful. The comfort is unbelievable. The steel shank makes provides support that is not available in lesser brands, and provides all-day comfort. There are no pressure points, no chafing. This is a wonderful sandal, and I highly recommend it.

Pinches My Little Toe - I found this shoe to be good looking. I tried them on immediately, but was a disappointed because the little strap near the toe pinches. It pinched my little toe. The padding is great on the ball of the feet. The heel height is okay, too. True to size. That little twist thing near the toe pinches. I'm keeping them hoping with time they will stretch.

Great Shoe - I love this shoe. It is a great dressy or casual look and as usual, Born does it again. They are a little tight across the top, but the leather will stretch with wear and will be stylish for many years!

The Perfect Sandal - I ordered these in brown and then I was so impressed by the comfort and workmanship, I ordered them in black too. They are so cute and so comfortable. The sole is padded; the straps are in just the right spots to let your little toe be happy too! Sturdy but very feminine and a little sexy. I really depend on these reviews when I'm buying a shoe, even though frequently I'm too lazy to write one. But this is a great shoe. If you like the picture, you will love everything about it. It is just as pictured, only better. Great shoe with jeans or sort of casual dresses. I would probably wear them with everything except a sequined night club dress...if I had one. Highly recommend and of course Zappos is amazing as usual--leaving it on my doorstep the following day!!

The size 8 fit larger than a regular size 8. It would be nice if they were available in 1/2 sizes as well.

Born enga - Haven't worn it out yet, but feels great. I have a narrow, thin foot and probably shouldn't buy sandals on line, but I got an 8, which is my regular size. A 7 1/2 might fit better, but I'm keeping the 8. So if you have a "normal" foot, it's true to size. Padding is really cushy--more than my last pair of Borns, which I adore, and I have generally weak and painful feet. (I'm 58, but they've been this way always.) I won't really be sure about the arch support till I wear them around awhile.

Cute sandal. Very comfy, as is every Born shoe, boot, and sandal I've tried. But although I usually wear a straight-up size 9 with Born, these sandals felt much too big. My heel slapped around instead of being held snugly by the back strap, and I worried that even the slightest stretching out of the leather would make them unwearable. Too bad. The color was great.

Fibromyalgia friendly! The muscle pain that accompanies fibromyalgia makes it difficult to find a well-made, attractive shoe that is also comfortable. These sandals are perfect! They don't require a "break-in period." I bought them in black and brown and love them.

Nice Shoe - This shoe is really cute and well made. However, the toes on my right foot were uncomfortable in it. Sending them back. Too bad! They are cute!

Born Enga - Black - Enga shoe has a retro 1930s look, but classic so *always* in style. The footbed, especially the ball area, is deeply padded and the heel is sturdy & stable without appearing "clunky". My only complaint about comfort is the straps chafe a bit, but that is normal with any shoe of this type. I have worn them to work and short errands. They are OK to walk 1/4 mile or so. I bought them to go with a vintage 1930s-40s style dress...the classic design is versatile for work or social. There are other, cuter, shoes I would buy if I had normal feet, but I have foot injuries. Compared to other *comfort* shoes these are cute & sexy and do not look frumpy.

I am an avid Ecco shoe buyer. This is my favorite shoe from Ecco! It is cute and a really pretty red color. After a day of breaking them int they are so comfortable.

I find myself wearing these shoes everyday. They are ready to wear without needing to break them in. They do run bigger, but if you have wide feet, they will work just fine. They are so comfortable and I get compliments on them every time I wear them. They are my favorite shoe! I'm very impressed with the Ecco brand. Great price for a good shoe.

I LOVE these shoes! They are extremely comfortable and I can wear them all day without experiencing discomfort of any kind. I am a size 9 and ordered a 40 which corresponds to a 9-9.5. The color is a rich, warm cinnamon brown and the texture of the leather is both lovely and unique. They have the refined appearance of a ballet flat, but still afford one some extra height.

I love these shoes! Fits well, with a super sturdy heel that makes wearing the 2 inches very comfortable--more comfortable than some of my cheaper flats! They are my new work shoes. Good workmanship and materials so it looks and feels like it's worth the price. Nice buckle detail really makes the shoe stand out. One small criticism I have is that, based on the image, I thought the color would be a brighter red-orange; but it's OK as they are still a good solid red.

Super comfortable! I bought both the chili pepper red and this cognac. I love the red. The brown is pretty versatile although not your standard brown. The shine makes it a little different, but jazzes up jeans real nice. Ecco is my favorite go-to shoe for the narrow foot. My heels stay in snug. Enough height to offer a flattering leg but not too much to make them uncomfortable for long term wear or walking.

Beautiful texture on the leather with nice detail on the buckle. It's closer to a dark steel color than shiny silver, but very pretty. I have other ECCO shoes in a size 39 because I'm a 7.5 to 8 in US sizes. While they are both roomy and comfortable, I'm pretty sure the reason they stay on my feet is because of the t-strap or Mary Jane cross over. In this case, I ordered the 38 and it works fine. It's a bit tight when you first put it on in the toe box, but after wearing it a half a day, it stretched out to fit perfectly. I've kept them on for a full work day the first day out of the box, and now they're as comfortable as if I've been wearing them years. Could not be happier.

Comfortable, stylish shoe...beautifully rich coloring...right-size heel. Needed to be stretched just a bit, but I have to stretch nearly all of my shoes right out of the box.

Beautifully made shoes. Style is tailored office. Stretched a little to accommodate my wider feet. Wish Ecco made a wide shoe.

A very comfortable shoe, well padded all around and well supported. I can't usually wear a heel, but these are a breeze. They look good, as well.
