Zappos is the best online/in-store experience ever! People are friendly and happy; wish I worked for the company. Can't say enough! It's sometimes difficult selecting the correct size on-line but certainly had nothing to do with the product or the superb ease with which I had exchanging the shoes. I opted for a store credit instead of the cash, what does that tell you?!

Love these
flats. I have such a hard time finding
flats that are comfortable. They are usually too tight, and feel like I'm walking right on the surface below, with nothing between my foot and the floor. These
flats were amazingly comfortable right out of the box. They fit true to size; I wear an 8 and the fit is perfect. (My feet are probably a little on the wider side.) I got the metallic color which is great, goes with anything. I wouldn't wear them for a full day of walking, but they are comfortable for a full day of work and
running errands.

LOVING THESE
FLATS! I have narrow feet with a low arch so it's very difficult to find
flats that won't either slip off my heel or offer no support for my arch. These are perfect though. They stay on, have plenty of room in the toes, are super supportive and very cushioned so I can't feel a thing through the soles (another problem I've had in the past with
flats). Can't say enough about these shoes! And the tan color is very complimentary with just about any outfit. Awesome!

I bought a pair and after wearing them twice, the buckle snapped off. Zappos was great and replaced them right away. So far the second pair seems to be holding up better.

When I received this shoe I thought it looked clunkier than I expected. I was hoping for a shoe that would look cute with both slacks and
skirts, but it is a bit chunky looking for me to wear with a
skirt. Overall it is a nice shoe and fairly comfortable.

Very cute shoe; however they do run small. I re-ordered the next size up. Overall comfortable but I can only wear them a short time.

OW! These shoes hurt so much. I couldn't wear them more than a minute. Where the seams meet the buckle, at the top of the toe box, really dig into my first joints on both feet.
