The selection at Zappos is great. They have very stylish wide width shoes, where other sites just have either none or one style. Shipping very prompt. Returns very easy, I returned one pair which I ordered too large and the return process was painless. So far I am very impressed with Zappos.

Beautiful shoe! I wear a 6 in dress shoes, 6 1/2 in tennis shoes, so I bought this shoe in a 6W. The width was perfect but the shoe was about a 1/2" too big in the heel. Maybe I need a half size smaller, but it doesn't come in a 5 1/2. I like the cushioning in the footbed so I may keep this shoe & put in an insert to make it fit snugly. This is a beautiful shoe so I really want it to work!

Very attractive wide width shoe - I really like the look of this shoe. The patent areas that are mixed with the wool-like fabric area are very nice. I am worried that the patent covered hell will not hold up very well. My experience with patent leather is that it scratches and scuffs easily. I wish the heel was wood or a more durable finish. The shoes are also a little bit stiff when I try to drive in them, but really very comfortable for all day wear.

I LOVE UGGS! I LOVE ZAPPOS! I'm a size 8, 8 1/2 and got these in an 8 and they fit perfect. These look great in person and feel amazing. Wish the sole was standard (bigger) to give more cushioning as I will wear them outside. The dark wool looks killer. The inside shearling is white on the sole and black on the sides. Buy, you won't regret. YUM.

Ugg Slippers - They're just what I expected, warm and comfortable. I am very impressed with Zappos. Most helpful on the phone and very, very fast delivery.

Ugg Slippers - I bought these as a replacement for another pair of UGGs that I had for a number of years. I was glad they still made them.

Bipster better than moccasin for wide foot - My husband got me the Ugg lug sole slippers a few years ago and I really liked them. I wore them out. I now wear them as outside shoes. This year he bought me the slipper moccasins (Dakota?) for Christmas. They were cuter than the Bipster, but I have a wide foot and the moccasin style really hurt the bone on the big toe side of my feet, so we returned them. Instead I got the Bipster, which is not as cute as the moccasin, but very cozy and much more comfortable with the seam up the middle.

Ugg slippers - They are very warm, just what I wanted. They are very comfortable also I love them.
