The other reviews said to get these in a half size bigger than your regular size. I did, but I think I could have gotten my size and been okay as well. That being said, these shoes are excellent and have replaced my 4 year old favorite tennis shoes perfectly. My only complaint is that they are somewhat of sock eaters. Not horrible, but every now and then I have to pull my ankle socks out from them.

I knew New Balance shoes were comfortable and well performing, but I never got a new pair of shoes that were as comfortable as these ones from day one. I usually get blisters from new shoes, but I have started jogging with these with no ill effect. I was not sure about the mesh top, but it just makes for a cooler (temperature) shoe.

I was looking for made in the U.S. New Balance shoes because their record of treatment of workers is better than other major athletic shoe makers. (These are made in the USA of imported materials. Unfortunately most of the totally made in the USA New Balance are men's and/or not the nice looking darker colors.)These are very comfortable and I love the way they look with my black yoga pants. They are also more lightweight than my last pair of New Balance sneakers which is a big plus. I was a little concerned that they would not have enough traction due to other reviews, but there is a ton of traction. I mostly workout indoors, often on hardwood floors, and I've had no problems with traction. I've done Zumba in these shoes and they actually have a little too much traction for that.

I have joint pain and wide feet in the toe area and these shoes don't aggravate either of those areas. They look good and feel great. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to run with little or no pain.

By far the best pair of New Balance I have ever owned. I have severely flat feet and have found that New Balance shoes are the only shoes that make my feet feel the best when I am on my feet all day at work. I have been buying New Balance shoes for the past 8 years and out of the 8 or 9 pairs I have bought, this is by far the best shoe I ever bought. These are very high quality shoes without paying the high quality price. I am surprised by the comfort and fit. They are also so lightweight you forget you are wearing them. I definitely will order from Zappos again in the future. This was my first purchase from them and I am very very pleased with the service. I paid on 11-14, it was a Saturday, and received them on Tuesday, 11-17. They were very well packaged and handled with care. I felt very confident in ordering from them online and was not disappointed in the least. Thank you very much Zappos for the excellent product at an excellent price as well as great customer service!

This is the first time I've bought New Balance athletic shoes, and I'm here to say that it won't be my last. They arrived this week, and I've worn them on several of my regular 3-mile walks. I've got narrow heels, and usually have trouble with "lift". Not in these, thanks to the three top lace holes, which allow lace adjustment to prevent it. Cushioning is fine, light weight is a relief, and I'm hoping the soles hold up to the chip-sealed asphalt rode I walk on (very rough). You may want to order a half size up if you wear a thick sock.

I got these in a size 10.5 regular width in black/blue. Since my size is not typical, it was very nice that these fit perfectly. The black is nice but some of the trim is shiny which you cannot see from the picture.

Very light weight and the width makes my feet happy. Order a 1/2 size up. Good cushioning for my 64-year-old feet makes jogging more pleasant.
