Zappos has high quality merchandise, great service and good prices. I would rate Zappos a 12 out of 1 to 10 ten being the highest.

My 9 year old son was elated when he got these! First of all, the shipping speed was incredibly fast. I told him I had ordered new shoes for him, but he would have to wait three or four days. Zappos upgraded the shipping unexpectedly, and they were on our doorstep the very next day along with three other pairs we were going to try. Secondly, he liked everything about these shoes. They were his favorite color (green), they fit perfectly, and were comfortable. Lastly and most importantly, the kids at school raved about them the next day. From a mom's perspective, I was glad to see a classic, well-made shoe instead of one with shiny accents and novelty features. By the way, we kept three out of the four pairs we ordered, and they were all classics! Good selection and great service, Zappos!

These shoes are holding up well thus far and he is rough on shoes! They are wearing a little on the top front, but no threads showing or anything coming separated. And he really likes them!

This was actually my first time ordering from Zappos and what a wonderful experience! I\'m crazy about my new shoes. The color is just what I wanted - not too tan, not too bone. Very happy with the heel height and overall fit and comfort. I would like this shoe in additional colors!

Finally a shoe that looks great and is comfortable. I ordered several of all prices and this was the best, and one of the least expensive, but it looks high quality.

Nice looking with a comfortable lower heel. Does not have a thick enough sole for a lot of walking but you could dance in them. Great for the office.
