Good Shoe For the Right Customer. I'm very happy with my first Salomon purchase. The light amphibian 2 is indeed light. They wear like a sneaker, but give breathability and a very soft, wide sole for cross training or moderate hiking. The sole is a bit too soft for sharp rocky terrain but feels great for everyday walking on concrete and work environment. Mine were true to size and this is a shoe you'll want to get fitted very closly to your real size because the heal strap really shouldn't be relied upon to stay super tight. It does a great job of simply snugging your foot in to the shoe otherwise, and when laced perfectly feel like a glove on your foot with a nice soft and wide sole with very aggressive treads. Arch support is not great, but I digress slightly because I have a rather severe arch. Thumbs up on these, make sure to get a perfect fit!

I love these shoes! Right out of the box they were so comfortable and now they are my favorites. They are lightweight and great to walk in and look terrific on my feet. With jeans, shorts or skirts, these shoes can be dressed up and dressed down. I wear a WW and the width on these shoes was true, no pinching. My only complaint about these shoes is that the side straps near the ankle are a little long, but that hasn't stopped me from wearing them! Five stars all the way!

These shoes are incredibly comfortable, both the heel height and very soft leather. Stylish, too; even got compliments from my teenage daughters on them. They do run wide so order accordingly.

The David Tate Club sandal runs true to length and maybe just a quarter size too long. I measure a size 12.5 women’s, ordered a size 13 wide, but find it is still a little long so I am going to try the size 12 and hope it will not be too short. As far as the width, if you are between a medium width and a wide width, I suggest going with the medium width because I was swimming in the wide and I normally need a wider shoe. The Club appears to be made well. I have high arches and found this sandal does not support my arch area, but maybe I just need to wear the sandal and my weight will allow some formation of the foot bed. I gave the comfort three stars due to no arch support for me and that did not have them on very long.
