Beautiful shoe; very comfortable. The only issue I had was the size 39 seemed more like a size 8. I'm returning them, and may try the size 40, which Zappos says is about 1/3 inch longer. Hope it works!

Bought them a month ago and have worn them several times a week since they arrived. Always get compliments and love telling people they're Mephistos! I've walked all around town, shopping at the nearby mall, and will be taking them to France in a few weeks. My daughter, who typically doesn't wear heels, bought a pair in black also and loves them too. They work with jeans, skirts and sundresses- a sure winner.

These are cute shoes. They run true to size and are overall comfortable. However the decorative pieces on the cross straps feel a tad heavy or weighty when I walk in these.

These are very pretty shoes and I was so sorry they did not fit. They were 38½ and I am usually a straight 38. They were half to one full size smaller. I was going to send them back but I gave them to my daughter though they were a splurge for a 13 year old!
