Zappos.com works great for me -
Great web site. I ordered my first pair a half size too big. It was easy to send back and I ordered a smaller size. That shoe came with defects. I called and spoke with a very capable service rep, sent the second pair back, and when notified another pair was available I ordered again. The third shipment was a success. The return process is so streamlined that I did not mind the
returns. I look forward to shopping at Zappos.com in the future.

Shoes for my son Bryan -

My husband is an outside salesman; comfort and appearance are important to him. This particular shoe is a staple in his attire. He loves the classic look of the shoe and it fits him perfectly. I love the fact that since I have discovered Zappos, all I have to do is get on your website, order the shoes, and they arrive virtually overnight! I used to have to look everywhere to find this shoe! Not only is the shoe perfect for my husband, but Zappos is perfect for me!
