I\'m a novice rock climber, so wasn\'t sure if this would be a good harness or not, but when I showed up at the rock climbing gym with it, the instructor said I had a good harness because of several design features: the tie-in loops, the gear loops and the type of buckle. I have been happy with it because it fits exactly like the size chart indicated, and it\'s plenty comfortable on the rappel down.
