Zappos expedited these shoes to me very fast and the shoes themselves are great. The only thing I could complain about is the condition of the sole. I have had these shoes for two weeks and the gray paint on the sole is already starting to chip without much wear and tear. However, the shoes are aesthetically pleasing overall.

This is the best
North Face makes. I'm getting hit with 20 below temps in Chicago and this
jacket is taking good care of me. Nothing but a tee-shirt worn under it. Light as a feather; feels like I'm holding a balloon. I love this
jacket.

Great Shoe, Bad Sole -
The shoe is extremely comfortable. It has great
arch support, and the styling is pretty sweet. I had to give it 4 stars in looks only because the grey part of the sole is cracking and chipping away, but because of this shoe right here, I've gone on to buy three more pair of
Saucony. They are the most comfortable shoes anyone can own. Oh yeah, one more plus, I have really large feet, size 13, and these shoes make my feet look pretty small.

This has been a long time coming, so here it is. I have used Zappos several times and will continue to. Customer service is first rate, shipping is expedition and best of all, it\'s free, even to return. The prices are a little higher but it\'s a drop in the bucket for all that you get from a quality company as Zappos. Good service is almost a thing of the past but not with Zappos.

I've been searching for an all gray
sneaker for years, and also one that had the nylon (I don't like all leather because they get too hot). Anyway, this is just what the doctor ordered. Great fit, comfy and a good price. No one has ever commented on my
sneakers, but someone asked me about them just the other day. Look great and would recommend them and Zappos!

Great shoe delivered in record time. I ordered these on a Saturday night and they were on my feet by Monday morning. I am a big guy and these shoes are so supportive and comfortable. I have been plagued by heel spurs and Achilles problems. These make my feet feel like I am walking on pillows. A little bit smaller than advertised, but a super shoe at a great price. This price for a classic shoe? You can't beat that anywhere. Zappos rules!
