So far, so good. I purchased the 2 quart and 3 quart gratin dishes. I have used both at broiler temperature to broil chicken breasts with no damage to the dishes. I have not tried hot to cold or cold to hot transitions. I am looking at buying the one quart size for small roasting. The dishes clean easily with baking soda paste.
