Usually Easy to Please - I bought my shoes six months ago to wear only occasionally to church and work meetings. The rubber on the bottom wore down excessively and began to peel off from the leather sole. I am not hard on my shoes as I sit most of the day and have never had this sort of problem before. Maybe Bostonian's assemblers were having a bad day the day mine were made. I was disappointed with the quality and integrity of the product. But they did fit good. Also, my shoes seem to look better in the pictures than they do on my feet. Not sure why.

Impressed with the shoe but more impressed with Zappos - The shoe fits great, looks great and was exactly what I wanted, a good shoe at a good price. The overnight shipping that was included was fantastic and helped me out of a tight spot. I am very impressed with the service I received.

First time loafer ...I'm a believer! I have a wide width and never thought I could fit into a loafer. I was impressed that the Reno was offered in a Wide Width and it fit like a glove. Initially, there was a bit of stiffness as is the case with any quality shoe. Man, they look and feel great and go as easily with a suit as more casual business attire. Also, I love the fact that these do not have cheaper rubber soles...very well made. If you are looking for a traditional dress loafer ... buy this shoe!

I bought these boots not having tried them on before. I am soooo glad I did. My wife and I were heading to Chicago for a long weekend, so we ordered them and had them shipped to the address in Chicago. Needless to say, the boots arrived before we did (way to go Zappos). I have a pair of Keen shoes and I think these boots are actually more comfortable. They are, without a doubt, the most comfortable shoe I wear. They are every bit as comfortable as some athletic shoes that I wear. The weather was in the 30's in Chicago and my feet were never cold, they never hurt, and they are a lighter (in weight) boot than I anticipated. Since the trip, I've worn them every day and it's like 10:00pm before I realize I still have them on! It's good to know that there's still a company out there making a great product and a very reasonable price. I'm a Keen wearer for life now!
