I really love the look of these boots, but there is a lot of bunching around the ankle, and the calf was a little snug.

Great boots! These boots are worth every penny. Look great with jeans, cords, and skirts. I am on my feet for almost 8 hours a day and they are incredibly comfortable, too. I couldn't find a pair in stores, and I looked for months. Finally decided to take a chance with these and they were exactly what I wanted.

Not quite good enough - I had high hopes for these, but the baggy ankles really ruined them for me. The circumference of the shaft was also a little too wide - the measurements they give are probably not for a size 10. Saying that, the quality is high.

These boots feel like they were custom made for me. I have never worn a more comfortable dress boot! I have very flat feet and weak ankles, and these boots are very supportive around the ankles. Also there is enough space within them to fit in my rigid orthotic. The heel is wide and stable and there is enough wiggle room for my toes. I was able wear them all day straight out of the box and my feet felt great. Even in a size 11 they looked elegant and graceful, not "boaty." The shaft of the boot is quite long (thankfully) but it leaves enough room for comfort. I would agree with a previous reviewer that if you have very wide calves, the shaft even with the elastic gores might not be wide enough for you. Workmanship is excellent. I've seen boots costing twice as much which are not as well made. The styling is wonderful: a little bit riding boot, a little bit biker boot. They work with skirts, both long and short, as well as with pants. (I ordered another pair in black which just arrived today.) Heavenly.

I needed a nice low-heeled boot to wear professionally and I wanted a pull-on option. This boot feels great, looks great and I have had many compliments on its appearance. It is a riding boot style - but I've pared it with dresses and tights and it looks very stylish. The elastic on the sides allows for flexibility so your calf doesn't have the circulation cut off, yet it feels snug and supportive.

Comfortable AND good looking! I love these boots, want to wear them every day. I wear an 8.5N and they fit like a glove.

Unnatural walking - The boots look great and the size it ok. But walking in them feels really unnatural. The inner sole slips and slides.

These are great, great boots. As they are equestrian boots, my eye was not used to seeing a heavier knee-high boot (compared to my normal, high heeled knee-high boots which are sleeker). So be prepared. But they look amazing and are comfortable. I read these reviews prior to purchase, saying they run big. I am a tried and true Franco Sarto 6.5. But I bought a 6 based on these reviews and it was a very wise decision. They are extremely comfortable to walk in (I live in a city and walk everywhere) so these are a great choice!! Enjoy!

Franco Sarto's June - Very good looking and comfortable. I have a problem with my left toe joint and have to look through a lot of boots before finding one that doesn't hurt.

For my wife. I bought these slippers for my wife who is ill and has difficulty walking. She loves them so much that I returned to buy her a "back-up" pair.

Wearing them all year long. My son bought me these slippers at Christmas, 2001, and I use them year round. They have good non-slip souls and I can wear them inside and out. I live in the desert and the temperatures reach triple digits in June, July and August. I thought I would only wear them in the winter, but I find they're just as comfortable in the summer. My feet don't sweat, and there's no shoe odor at all. I found getting to this website very easy once I looked at the tag. This is a great product, and I'll continue wearing them. Too bad there isn't a better price if you order two pair at a time. This is my first time ordering on-line and already, it seems to be a good experience. I really need to toss the ones I have because there's no more fleece on the inside bottom of the shoe. I love them! GSG, Tucson, AZ

These are luxurious!! When I ordered these, I was a little concerned that the rubber-type sole would detract from them, lessening their breathability. After all, I had worn LL Bean 'wicked goods' which had the natural sole and I loved their breathability. To anyone who hasn't tried sheepskin, you don't know how wonderful they feel on your feet after a long day at work. Putting them on really announces "I'm home!" There is absolutely nothing that feels as good as sheepskin. Anyway these are high quality and very, very comfortable, and feel very good on the feet. And they're breathable, and a good value!

Old Friend's Juliet - Shoe felt and looked durable. Shoe felt short. This is the first durable looking slipper with a heavy sole that I found in size 12. But the shoe was not true to size. Larger sizes weren't available.

The slipper is very durable, soft/cushioned and attractive, but is just too darn short. I generally wear an 11 - 11 1/2, and my toes were crunched into the ends of the size 12 slipper.

Love em, love em, love em!!! So warm and comfortable, though probably a FULL size (or even 1 1/2 sizes) smaller than marked. Much of that room seems to be taken up in the heel. Because of the angle of the slipper, the foot doesn't fit all the way to the back and so the toes are shoved forward making the shoe feel small. The fur also takes up quite a lot of room. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or an 8. I purchased these in a 9 and they are perfect.

I finally found them! I've had cold feet my entire life. It didn't matter what slipper or sock I tried, they end up sweating then cold. These slippers keep my feet warm, I couldn't be happier! I'm purchasing another pair for my 17 year old daughter with the same problem. They're worth every penny!

Well made slipper - This is a very sturdy and well-made slipper. I was impressed that Zappos e-mailed me about its availability right after I tried to order it, very good service! The slipper is snug, but I think it is because of the luxuriant lining. Hopefully it will mat down a little over time.

Shearling slippers - These are wonderful slippers. I ordered a pair for myself and for my niece. They are warm and comfortable. They fit well. For me, they were hard to get on. The ankle is just a little too small to fit over my foot. But with some heroic efforts with a shoehorn, I was finally able to get them on. I assume they will get easier as they are worn some. I especially like the seamless rubber sole, I can go out and pick up the mail, for instance, without changing shoes. three cheers and five stars.

The world's best slipper - It runs small for the size, so order it a size too big at least, it's very comfortable and beautiful!
