Great comfort, but a little warm - These shoes are incredibly comfortable and look good. However, they get a little warm on the bottom and, occasionally, pieces of fabric break off and are kind of annoying on the sole of the shoe. Still, a great way to replicate the feeling of flip flops.

Sweet shoes - These shoes are sweet. They are super comfortable and made of hemp. Mine have gotten wet and they dry well. These shoes are totally worth the money. Buy these shoes, man.

Sanuk Sidewalk Surfers with Dr. Scholl’s gel inserts are beyond comfort. Looks good casual and easy on and off. They handle sand and salt water without a problem. I keep one pair for the beach, another for casual. They are hip style, looks great with shorts or jeans.

Awesome... I owned a pair of Sanuk Hemps in brown and loved them. While browsing the Sanuks here at the Z, I was pumped to find these guys. They are so comfortable! It feels like you're wearing slippers. Order at least a size up, as they run small. I wear 10 or 10.5 running shoe and wear an 11 in these guys. I'm already planning on purchasing at least 3 more pairs of Sanuks! They make you never want to wear regular shoes again.

Comfortable - I love my Sanuck Hemp shoes/sandals. I was looking to replace an old pair of Topsiders that I wore when walking our dogs around the neighborhood. I didn't see a replacement pair of Topsiders that I liked. I saw the ad for the Sanuck Hemp shoes/sandals in a magazine. I decided to order a pair and I love them. Sanucks are designed to allow your feet to feel like you are walking barefooted and they live up to this claim. They are so comfortable that I wear them not only when I walk the dogs, but I also wear them around the house and when I go out to run errands or somewhere casual. As I mentioned earlier, when you wear them, it feels like you are walking barefooted, but have protection for the soles of your feet. I highly recommend them for this purpose.

This is my second pair of Sanuks, I also have a pair of the Vagabonds. They are both awesome. The Hemps fit a little tighter than the Vagabond, which takes away from the very free feeling of the Vagabond, but also makes the shoes more suitable for days when you plan on doing substantial walking (i.e. amusement park). I love the way the ends of the top fray with more wear. They are perfect for a casual work environment, where I wear them on a daily basis, and Sanuk offers other styles that would be suitable for dressier situations. They make a great conversation piece (people always have something to say about them) I’ll wear these babies until my feet fall through the soft supple foam like bottom... Buy them a size big!

This is my 3rd pair of Sanuk's. I have the blue and brown Donny's which fit true to size. I have the Camo SUV's which run a size small and don't breathe as well as the cotton canvas of the Donny's because the SUV's are more like a rip-stop nylon so, I don't wear the SUV's. I also have had these black Hemp Sanuk's for a few months. The Hemp's run about a half size small. If you go up a whole size they might be a little loose fitting. The Hemp's do not breathe as well as the Donny's, but they are still fairly comfortable. I like to fold the tongue forward about a half inch to show off the poncho style lining. It also makes them slightly easier to put on. I scraped the frayed seams and raw edges of the fabric with the edge of a pairing knife to give them a more frayed and broken in look. The black Hemp's are fairly versatile, but they look more like slippers than the Donny's or the SUV's.

I bought these as a gift for my son-in-law after he admired my Tokyo\'s. They were a huge hit. He put them on, and he\'s been wearing them every time I\'ve seen him since. They have a casual, but with it vibe and are perfect for a laid back non-corporate casual look. Like most Sanuks, I bought them one size larger than his regular size and they seem to be just right.

This is my second pair of Hemp Sanuk's (two colors). These not-shoes are more comfortable than you can ever imagine. I wear them everywhere!
