Great shoe! I ordered this in the brown, and liked it so much that I also ordered it in black. It is remarkably comfortable- just a wee bit tight at first, but that worked out quickly. I have never ordered any kind of clothing from a catalog or online before. But after seeing Zappos on Oprah, I trusted that the experience would be good. And it was!

Cute and Comfy - I ordered this shoe at 8pm and received it the next day before noon! It's a beautiful medium brown color and very comfortable. Heel is just the right height to wear all day. Love it!

If you have arches and/or feet which like arch support, these are great. I didn't find them tight, nor the bottoms heavy, as another person did, and they are cute and seem well-made. However, if you have flat feet which are happy to be that way, do not buy these or any other Olukai flips! I tried on several styles. The arch support pushes up the bones in my feet, and this hurts so badly that I can't wear these. The pain didn't start until I'd worn them outside for a couple of hours, so of course now I can't return them. Upon receiving them I put them on, and they fit perfectly and looked fine, so I took off for the day thinking, this arch support might be good for my flat feet. Wrong. Another thing: the arch support pushing up as my feet are pushing down results in a kind of squashed, fat foot effect. Not flattering. Again, if you have arches, this won't be a problem. Flat-footed folks, stay away.

I really like this sandal. I got the dark brown color, which is a nice deep brown. While the sandal is slim looking, it still has decent arch support, which I like. The foot bed is hard though, not cushiony, which doesn't bother me, but it may bother some. The sandal does seem to run slightly large. I am usually a solid 7.5 in most shoes, and an 8 in some shoes. I ordered an 8 because many times they suggest ordering a size up in sandals and there are no half-sizes. The 8's actually fit my sister perfectly who usually wears 8.5 and when I re-ordered a 7, those fit me perfectly, so I might recommend ordering a half size down rather than up.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this sandal! Very simple but stylish and extremely comfortable. True to size. I would highly recommed this sandal. Price was a little high but worth every penny! I received my order in less than 24 hours. Zappos is AWESOME!!!

The flip flops are great looking and really comfortable. I like that they have a little more support than some other brands. I purchased the black pair and the only bummer is that they make my feet black when I wear them.

The Opihi footbed is extremely supportive for a flip flop, and looks very slim and trim, not orthopedic at all. However, there are a couple of cons: I had to stretch out the leather straps quite a bit as they arrived VERY tight. Also, the bottom of the shoe is rather heavy for a flip flop, which means a lot of pressure is on the top of your foot where the thin straps are. For me, this is right over my bunion, which is uncomfortable, and I also got bad blisters. I think it would be improved with an added strap crossing over the instep. I am trying to see whether it is feasible to add one...but of course wish I didn't have to! On the bright side, I had to exchange for 1 size down (usually wear 8.5 or 9, and these fit me in 8), and Zappos sent me a replacement NEXT DAY with no mess on my credit card--easiest exchange I've ever done! Thanks Zappos!!!
