I'm a teacher; i.e., on my feet a lot. I wear Merrell because they fit perfectly, they're made on a women's last & the proportions are perfect for the specific issues we may have. I have high arches & find many shoes lately are just not designed for this - happily, Merrells are. I have the Arabesque in fabric and leather; the leather seem smaller at first but do accommodate as you wear them. I wear anything from a 7 to an 8, and I'm a straight 8 in all Merrell styles. Best thing about Merrells is that they can go from professional to active without pause; I often get home from work to ride my bike through a creek & hose the mud off after (though I haven't tried that with this suede pair - yet!). Merrell shoes fit & they never hurt & I always get compliments on them.

Because they were so comfortable decided to keep them but they look a lot like water shoes.

Very good walking shoe. Took them on a recent trip to Spain and they were great and very comfortable.

Very comfortable and stylish. Look and feel great. Taking to Thailand for some sightseeing and didn't want to wear open toe shoe or sandal. I think these will be perfect. And the color is great, very neutral so you can wear with anything. Love them.
