I have very wide feet and have a really tough time finding a neutral running shoe that fits. I had been wearing Asics shoes for a while and was tired of my toes getting chewed up in them. This shoe actually fits with plenty of room in the toe box. So far I’m pretty happy with them, though I haven’t had too many long runs in them yet.

I will tell you that as a Police Officer, I was on my feet all day. I developed two very bad Achilles tendons. I went to Three Specialists and was not really helped. A friend of mine who works at a running store saw me walking and told me that I supinate. He recommended the Brooks Dyads because of the stabilizers. From the day I started with the Dyads, I have had no Achilles pain what so ever. I truly recommend these sneakers to anyone who has Achilles problems.

This is my second pair of Men’s Dyads. I’ve tried the women’s Dyad, but find the men’s shoe gives me a bit more room in the forefoot. Plenty of room for my orthotics without squeeze in the toe box. These shoes are just great for the underpronator-neutral runner. Also a wonderful walking shoe with stability and flexibility which is tough to find in the same shoe. For people with a high in-step, this shoe is exceedingly comfortable.

This is the 3rd pair now that I have purchased. The fit and feel is great. I weight about 205 and have used custom orthotics for years. So, the first thing I do is pull out the insoles and slip in the orthotics. I chose this shoe because it's suppose to be a neutral shoe which should be the best foundation for custom orthotic. I wear these shoes everyday, all day. The only down side is the enter sole seems to break down, losing it's uniformity of strength just after six to eight months.

These shoes are very nice and comfortable. It took me awhile to get use to the shoes but it was well worth the wait. I run at least 3 miles and my muscles and joints are not as tired as they usually are with normal running shoes. I strongly recommend these shoes to anyone that wants to start running. To give you an idea I'm 250 pounds and 6 feet tall. I enjoy the shoes and I plan to buy more when these give out.

First, this household orders from Zappos because we get what we order even before we expect delivery. This organization knows what it's doing, does it well, and has us hooked. Brooks athletic shoes are more than that; they are shoes that keep my feet in shape. The Dyad 5 is incredible. Take it out of the box, lace it up, and away you go, as if this had been your shoe for months. Comfortable, perfect fit, and the only problem with Brooks is the shoes wear so well, they last too long. I need to order new Brooks shoes before the old ones are worn out. It's a great problem to have. Zappos and Brooks: perfect partners for my feet!

I love these shoes. They are the perfect shoes for a heavy guy who is trying to lose weight who has wide feet. My inserts fit very well inside of them. My only issue with them is that the sole of the shoe tends to wear out faster then I think they should. I am getting about 200 miles of walking out of them before they need to be replace.

Great solid shoe. Purchased for everyday wear after owning Brooks for running. Comfortable and sturdy these shoes are an excellent buy. The orange is more subtle in person but still adds a nice dose of color.

These shoes are the most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet. As a person with wide flat feet who underpronates, it's hard to find a good shoe. I have found them now.

I was wearing the New Balance 1123 and felt it was too much shoe. The Brooks Dyad 5 was less shoe with appropriate support for my foot.
