Great service from Zappos. This was my first purchase. I had to return the first pair of
dance shoes but the second 1/2 size larger pair fit extremely well. I was so satisfied I bought a third pair which also fit very well and were great for dancing.

These are a beautiful pair of shoes. A lot of the male
dance shoes can look ugly... these definitely fit the "
dress to impress" guidelines. They fit very snug around the ankle and foot giving me confidence about where my feet are and what I'm putting them on. A wonderful shoe!

Bought these for my husband when he started English Country Dancing. He takes a 12 or 13, so we decided to order 13 to ensure he got the width. It\'s a lot to spend on a pair of shoes but he\'s absolutely delighted. They were comfortable right from the start and his dancing has improved no end! Would thoroughly recommend.

Great customer service. Employees were polite, very knowledgeable and made certain my request was acknowledged. Imagine my surprise when the exchange I had requested arrived the very next day. I was just asked to return the original shoes within the next two weeks. Unbelievable customer service!

Capezio's Ben runs about a size smaller than
street shoes. If you like a snug fit, try a half size larger. If you like a comfortable feel, I suggest a full size larger. Zappos fantastic free shipping both ways makes even returning items simple. You will be pleased at how quickly your order will arrive.

First of all, if you are looking for a good pair of ballroom
dance shoes, then Capezios are for you. This is the brand favored by many professional dancers. The
Capezio "Ben" model is everything you would expect from
Capezio - light, quality made, and comfortable. They do tend to run narrow, however, so get a wider width than you normally wear. Some
report needing additional length, but I did not have this issue. A quality shoe stretcher will help resolve most length and width concerns. I highly recommend these shoes.

Just about the only thing available in sizes larger than 13. It's a comfortable shoe, but you should understand that, though the width runs true to the stated size, the quarter (the part the laces go through) is long, so you may have to pad the shoe as the leather stretches.

Received the shoes in the size I ordered, they fit very comfortably and
slide well. The only problem I have is that they are very warm on the feet after dancing for two hours. I would have liked to see them vented better, other than that the shoe is great.

I typically wear size 12 shoes, and my foot is narrower than normal. I ordered a 12.5, and it was too short; although, the width was fine without too much extra space above my foot. I returned those and got a 13.5 which was just long enough, but had about 1/2 inch of air between my foot and the top of the shoe. Even with the laces fully tightened (and the shoe rather unattractively wrinkled) it was too loose. Excellent return policy and probably a decent shoe if your feet aren't too narrow.
