Ordered the wrong size, TWICE! The zappos crew was very curteous and sent me the hat three times until it was right. Eventhough they dont return products more than twice, they made an exception and I had my hat in three days time! The hat fits fine but is a little stiff if you plan on wearing it forward, but I wear mine backwards most of the time so it is great! Thanks again zappos for making it a pleasure to order from the BEST WEBSITE EVER!
