Excellent support - I found this shoe very comfortable and supportive. It has an insole with a great arch support. Unfortunately, the fit was just not right for my foot length - I have a half size difference in my feet, and the left shoe was a little short while the right was already slightly too long. While I've found other Clarks shoes seem to run long, this one did not. I also noticed that on one pair I tried, the decorative strap was a little loose and floppy.

Exactly what I wanted! The shoes fit beautifully (you had my width) and are as comfortable as I hoped! The burgundy color is darker than I would have thought, but it makes it easier to coordinate with outfits. I love them and had them less than 24 hours after I ordered!

Amazing Dress Shoe - My journey to the Clarks store was to purchase a pair of navy pumps to wear with dress slacks and suits for work. I was a bit skeptical that there would be much I would like as I wanted something a little dressier but very comfortable. Traditionally I hadn't liked the Clarks dress shoes. I was in for a complete surprise at their new Artisan collection. This shoe was not only stylish but I wore it in the store for 10 minutes and never felt like I had on shoes, much less a dressier pump. The first day I wore them at work, I had them on for 11 hours and my feet never felt anything but comfy. Amazing. I bought two pair, another style and these. Next month, I'm getting yet another pair of them for work.

Stylish, comfortable & many width choices! Not only do I have a smaller but wider foot I recently broke several toes so I was looking for comfort, space in the toe box and style. This shoe delivered. The insole is better than ones I've bought to replace in other shoes. Needed something for wedding and found it and received many compliments on the stylish shoes. I highly recommend these based on style, comfort level and the ability to get them in various widths!

Excellent Shoe. Very stylish yet not too dressy - I love this shoe. It looks great with jeans. I bought them to match a brown leather jacket I received for Christmas. They look and feel very nice. My husband and 15 year old daughter both have versions of this shoe. They're a nice looking and fitting shoe. Excellent service from Zappos. Quickest delivery from an online order co. ever!

Cool ... This shoe came with 2 sets of laces (tan & black), each alternating with the stitching....is a good looking shoe....comfortable.....but never going to beat my Cats..!! Have been extremely pleased with Zappo's site....have been giving this site-addy to everyone in town...(no shoe store here for many many miles...) Thank you !

Love my Skechers! They're very comfortable and I like how they look with jeans. I'm between a size 5.5 and a size 6 and I wish I'd ordered the 5.5, as they are a little big.

I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes because my foot is wide in the front and narrow in the back, but my Skechers fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I just ordered 2 more pairs. The only thing that was a problem is that my brown pair, even after spraying them with a water-resistant spray, started to look a little nasty after the winter. However, I did wear them constantly so they were definitely worth it.

I was very skeptical when I ordered these shoes from Zappos. Well, all of my questions were put to rest when ordering. I read the previous reviews and figured out how this shoe typically is sized. I ordered 1/2 size smaller, and they fit perfect and look great! I definitely suggest buying them and I also suggest buying from Zappos. I've told my friends. It's better than going to the store!
