I use these gloves everyday at the gym. You are able to grip the weights and machines better. When on the cardio machines I don't my bare hands are not touching the machines...yeah (germs uck!). I would recommend these gloves to any women. I especially love the pink color. You can work out and still be girly!

When I received the gloves I was surprised they were so small. I ordered sm wanting medium, not small but that was the only option and the gloves are very small.

Excellent gloves, helped me very much when I got scratched by the patient cat, and could carry on with my work wearing these gloves, and play tennis. I am right handed and it was my right hand, but because of cushioning provided it did not hurt.

The gloves are incredible. I wore out my first pair, and have had a very hard time finding them in stores. The padding across the palm, helps really well in preventing callouses from forming.

Bought these for my husband. He loves them! Great fit and support. They run small, though. We had to exchange the 6.5 pair we initially bought for a 7.5 (which was perfect).
