Amazingly comfortable, great sales experience - These shoes are better looking than I thought the pictures showed, and were extremely comfortable-they were a little snug at first, but broke in really easily the first day. Zappos shipped these to me in two days-best online shopping experience I have ever had. If you need a casual dress shoe that is supportive, provides excellent shock absorbing abilities, and just good overall comfort, these shoes are worth their weight in gold.

These shoes were okay when first purchased, had adequate arch support and width. The quality of materials has been disappointing and the soles have developed a strange internal “snapping” noise when pushing off the toe. After taking out the insoles to look for uneven insertion or other issues that might cause this noise, none are apparent, but the insole has begun to split and separate at the glued sections, in only 2 months of wear, ~3 days/week. The laces constantly come untied, probably due to their material (a smooth nylon), and the soles feel somewhat hot when walking - they do not absorb shock as well as other solid rubber soles I have purchased. The uppers are satisfactory quality, though stitching to the sole is of middling quality. Arch support is moderate. I would recommend Keen casual footwear highly over these Rockports.

Most comfortable pair of shoes I have bought. I work on my feet 12-15 hours per day and never really sit down. These shoes are soft, have a cushiony sole, and provide a lot of support. I highly recommend them. Was thinking about buying a second pair in brown.

Great Shoe - This is a great shoe. I just whish they came in wide size. I like shoes with that extra space for when you want to put on a thick pair of socks.

Great Shoe!!! I owned a similar pair of these and wore them until there were holes in the sole. These are the best shoes to have in ones closet. They look great and are comfy. Worth every penny.
