Nice shoe, better service! Took two different orders to get the shoe I wanted. The whole process took less than a week...two deliveries and one return! I placed an order at 7PM AND received the shoes at 2PM the very next day! A truly incredible company...congrats!!

Wanted to like it, but... I have 4E feet, very spade-shaped. So, finding dress shoes is really hard. The Rockport Northfield works but isn't dressy enough for some situations. The Tapani looked promising, but didn't work out. Slightly odd fit -- it was fine in most of the toe box, but pulled in just a bit too soon and pinched my little toes a lot. The height also dropped too quickly -- fine over toes, but tight over instep. So almost worked, but I can tell that if I went up a size for width, the length would be way too long. Also, an appearance issue. The front of the shoe is fine, but the heel has an air bladder with the clear plastic sides exposed. Common for sneakers, but weird and a real turn-off in a shoe trying to be business-like.
