Perfect fit -
This shoe was a perfect fit for my 8 year old boy, he wore them to the park and was
running comfortably in them the first time he put them on. No breaking in period. Stride is always a reliable shoe for us!

My son loves his new shoes -
I really hated the idea of buying shoes online, but my 8yr old has wide feet and we couldn't find him anything that fit right. The shoes cost a little more than we usually pay for
kid's shoes and they probably will fit him for only the next 6-8 months, but knowing he has comfortable shoes again and that he can run and jump around in them makes the extra $$ worth it.

My son is really enjoying these shoes. They are "Cool" looking, and give him the support that he needs to run around in. They do not slip, and the sizing is true. Great shoes for the price, and always fantastic service with Zappos!!

My 7yr old wears XW shoes. This is very comfortable for him. It's much better than the newer z-strap type. I highly recommend this good, durable shoe.

Stride Rite Rowan -
I always buy
Stride Rite shoes for my kids. They fit well and the quality is good. As always, Zappos shipped to my house the next day. Great service and great shoe.

The only shoes he'll wear -
My 7 year old has very wide feet. We tried other
brands, but he kept asking for Stride Rite's again. He wore his last pair for over a year as his only shoes, and he outgrew them before they wore out, so we came back for more!

This shoe fits my son perfectly. I got it in navy so it wouldn't show so much dirt and it is holding up great. He wears them everyday and they are easy to put on and take off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good shoe. Easy on and off with
velcro straps. Dark color doesn’t show dirt. Has worn well.
