Love 'em! Love 'em! Love 'em! I purchased these to wear to a company party. I work for a very conservative company and thought I could sneak in a little "funk" with the leopard detailing. Not only were they comfortable but my coworkers raved over their style.

Not quite elegant enough - When I ordered this shoe, I thought it would be just what I was looking for: a leather-free moderate heel pump with neither too round nor too pointy a toe. Sadly it was too big (and yet I always wear an 8M), so I had trouble telling whether it would have been comfortable if the size had been right. Furthermore, I thought the shoe looked a little cheap, not only the silver trim, but also body of the shoe itself. Sadly, my search for the perfect pump will continue. Zappos service was great though!

Shoes for a Wedding - For someone who lives in sneakers, finding a shoe to wear to my son's wedding was a daunting prospect! And then I remembered Zappos. I was able to stand during the ceremony, last thru greeting countless numbers of people, AND dance non-stop for two hours. The shoes felt and looked great, and may have converted my feet to wearing something more stylish in the future.

Smart, comfortable shoe - You could probably walk miles in this shoe comfortably, it's that foot-friendly. Not the sexiest shoe on the market, but smart and pretty enough.

I love Zappos and I love this shoe. This was the perfect shoe for a wedding I had this past month. Perfect shoe, comfortable, stylish and inexpensive. But what impressed me just as much as the shoe was that I initially purchased this shoe in a wide width, but when it arrived, 2 days before the wedding, I realized I needed a normal width size. Not only did Zappos send me out the new size of this shoe, they did not recharge me and just asked that I return the incorrect shoe to them within 30 days. They provide the sticker and postage. What more could you ask for? I remain Zappos' biggest fan.

Very disappointing. These boots are very cute indeed, but otherwise, not what I hoped for. The fit is odd: very tight across the ball of the foot, even though I bought the wide width, but loose in the heel so that there’s lift with every step. Worse, that tight, tight fit means there’s no room for warm winter socks. Usually a casual winter boot has a little extra room designed into it for that purpose, but not these - and that’s bad, because contrary to the description, these boots have no warm lining in the feet. The shearling only goes down to the ankle and below that, there is nothing between the foot and the suede, but a thin nylon liner. That means Cold Feet. Sadly, I did not fully realize the fit problem before I waterproofed the boots, so I am keeping them (and they are, truly, very good-looking), but they are not what I hoped for.
