Great shipping!!!
I need a wide width shoe (after working MANY yrs. of retail!) and finding something I like is really hard. Hoping this would be a fit for me I was really surprised and happy to find them on my doorstep the next day after ordering! They felt a little big, but know any narrower would be uncomfortable. I can wear
socks (thin) w/them and they're fine. Will definitely be ordering from Zappos.com again!!!

Stylish yet comfortable -
I bought this boot because it came in double wide (one of the few!). I have arthritic feet and have a difficult time buying shoes/
boots that I can stand to wear. Usually I am quick to compromise style in favor of comfort, but with this choice I don't feel I had to compromise very much.

boots are great!!! I ordered yesterday and got them today. They feel great...the only complaint I have is that the heel is not those rubber sole heels, so when you walk they make a sound. My feet feel soo comfortable and look great at work. Thanks, Zappos!

Good, but not my style -
A little wide around the ankle, but a good fit around the foot. There's a thin layer of cushioning under the leather that adds to overall comfort.
After seeing them up close, I decided the textured leather was just not my style, so I will be returning them. But Zappos shipping was excellent, ordered during the weekend and arrived on Monday.

I can't believe the great customer service Zappos provides customers! I have purchased two pairs of shoes from you so far, and both times I have received my order next day with no additional charges, in addition to no shipping charges! You get what you pay for -
I bought these
boots for a trip to London, knowing that I'd be walking a lot. I wasn't happy with this shoe. They are on the narrow side and the sole is thin and rigid. I ended up having to buy a pair of
Clark's while I was there, and they were tons more comfy. Don't be fooled by the low price, they just aren't worth it.

Not durable -
I've had these for only three weeks and already notice signs of wear. These were so comfortable that I could wear them right away. I wish I would have scrutinized these more before wearing them. The shoe has become very room and looks worn. The heel is coming apart and the shoe is already coming away from the shoe. I wish they could be returned now after wearing them where shoes are to be worn.
