Cute idea, but... This bag is adorable. It is made with "recycled rice-bag paper", but it is in fact made with paper also. I mistakenly assumed it was all the plastic covered paper. (The one I received had no printing on the paper portion, so it looked like a brown bag from a grocery store.) I can't help but think that anything spilling on the paper will stain - or might encounter an unfortunate tear. The part that is made from the plastic rice bags is adorable and looks like it will repel water and hold up. I'm just not sold on the paper portion and think I will be returning it.

While this purse is made from recycled plastic bags, it is covered in paper. That paper has ripped, dissolved, and started to peel within two weeks of purchase. The style is great. The durability is not.

Bag looks great and has a very usable design, however the brown paper on the outside begins to rip and tear almost immediately, even with light use. I am sending mine back.

A great bag ...if you're not used to the rice-bag material, it can seem a little stiff and crackly at first (yes, the bag makes noises). The bottom closure is a little over the top - takes me five minutes just to thread the strap through the little clasp, but there's velcro, too, so I never use it. Overall, the right compartments, right size, and a nice, eco-friendly bag.
